KIZAN Sparkling Tradional Brut Straw yellow. 100% Kosyu grape. Lingering lemon and green apple aroma with lighter nutty nose. A touch of aldehyde adds complexity and pleasant intensity. Clean, citrus fruits and toasty bready flavour with a hint of herbaceous character. Elegant and fine palate. Delicate acid and quite dry finish, with good balance and a long finish. Further cork age will develop more weight and complexity. |
