KIZAN WINE WHITE 2007 (720ml \1200)
The making of wine from KOSYU grapes is a century-old tradition in Yamanashi.@KIZAN WINE WHITE is 100% made from KOSYU.
This wine is medium straw in colour with fresh citrus character on the nose.@This semi-dry wine has a moderate acid on the palate and delicate fruity flavours.@A well balanced soft finish highlights lovely KOSYU style.@This medium body wine is suitable for Japanese dishes such as "sashimi" and soy sauce based hots'n pots.

KIZAN WINE RED 2007 (720ml \1200)
KIZAN WINE RED is made from 100% Black Queen (BQ), which is French hybrid made by Japanese viticulturist.
Deep violet red in the colour with blue violet edge. Strawberry and caramel like aroma with peppery, spiciness on the nose. It has a fresh raspberry flavour and herbaceous character on the palate. Distinctive acidity gives youthful intensity to the wine. Fresh and crispy finish. This medium body wine suites to simple (lighter) meat dishes such as BBQ and teriyaki.


KIZAN SELECTION CHARDONNAY 2007 (750ml \1600)
100% of Chardonnay. All grapes come from our family vineyard.
Yellowish gold in colour. Well balanced fruity aroma, such as pineapple and grapefruits with minty nose. A medium bodied, dry wine. Fresh pineapple flavour on the palate. Pleasant crispy acid with oily mouthfeel. Good with poultry dishes with cream sauce.

KIZAN SELECTION MELROT/CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2007 (750ml \1900)
A blend of Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15 %) and Petit Verdot (15%).
Crimson in colour. Spicy cinnamon aroma with fresh plum and cherry
character. A medium bodied wine. Hot and spicy taste with delicate fruits flavour and subtle smoky oak. Medium length with creamy mouthfeel.

KIZAN FAMILY RESERVE 2007 (750ml \1600)
A unique blend of Merlot (70%), Black Queen (20%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%).
Fresh blackberry aroma with peppery, spicy character. Medium bodied with cool mouthfeel. Fruits, spiciness and oak flavor are well balanced. Medium length with delicate tannin.
